 Project: Foundation Repairs/Basement Water Problem
 
 

During the heavy rains, water enters around the front foundation and spreads through Fellowship Hall. It travels from under the stage in the storage area, across the main room, and into the kitchen area and heater room.

Current plans
  • Excavate three sides of building and exterior down to floor line.
  • Clean stone foundation of debris and seal stone joints
  • Finish with .45 mil EPDM membrane against the foundation.
  • Provide a footing drain outside EPDM set in stone.
  • Out fall of pipe to be at rear of church
  • Remove, repair, replace, rebuild sidewalks, stairs, ramp, east entrance, retaining walls.
  • Remove oil tanks
