Concert with Pianist Andrew O'Brien

Admission is free with donations gratefully accepted to benefit the Capital Improvement Fund. All are invited to a reception with refreshments immediately following the concert.
A regular soloist in the Dartmouth College's Vaughn Recitals Series, former Concord, NH resident Andrew O'Brien has appeared several times in Master Classes at New York City's Dalcroze School of Music with Karl Ulrich Schnabel, Chicago's Orchestra Hall in the Civic Orchestra Chamber of Concerts, and at the Bellagio, Italy estate of the Rockerfeller Foundation, in addition to appearing in concert at Boston College, Philips Exeter Academy and with the Nashua Chamber Orchestra. Mr. O'Brien taught at St. Paul's School for ten years and at the Concord Community Music School for twelve years. Having received performance degrees from Chicago Musical College of Roosevelt University and New England Conservatory, Mr. O'Brien is pursuing a doctorate in piano performance at Arizona State University where he studies with Robert Hamilton. He has also studied with Robert McDowell, Pawel Checinksi, Gabriel Chodos, and chamber music with Benjamin Zander.
